This is a great place to stay. Quite modern and decorated beautifully. Very quiet. The owners are absolutely wonderful. Many nice restaurants in the area and still easy to get to center of the city. You may prefer the tranquility of the area. Total walkability. Yes and high tech too with device outlets and good Wi-Fi. They now have a hot tub on the terrace too.

Muy recomendado, tienes un espacio limpio, fácil de acceder, las habitaciones son lindas y algo que amarás será la zona, tienes restaurantes caminando, además los anfitriones son excelentes para darte indicaciones de dónde ir. Apto para todos los presupuestos.

Wonderful place to stay! The rooms are really comfortable, located in a very nice area with lots of great food and beautiful murals which is an easy walk to downtown. And the staff really made the trip, so helpful and kind, we got a lot of good tips on the events to go to during Day of the Dead. And taking a dip in the tub on the balcony was a refreshing end to the day. Highly recommend.

I wish I could give 10 stars. The rooms are beautiful, clean and safe. Warm shower available. Super soft towels :) On the rooftop there is a jacuzzi you can use. Coffee and water is available the entire day. Emilio and Ricardo who run the business have been so helpful and nice. They can tell you which tour to historic places can be done. Easy if you are too lazy to figure out by yourselve how to get there. The area is close to the center a beautiful walk about 10 minutes with lots of colourful wall art. A few minutes walk you will find restaurants cafes and typical mexican food. Also it is a safe area you can walk around at night as a single woman traveller. Thank you so so much for making my stay comfortable.

Super nice hosts and clean rooms. they were very flexible and very accommodating with our check-in and check-out time. Great value for the money we paid!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this cute boutique hotel. The hotel owner, Emilio went out of his way to make me feel at home and generously shared all the going-ons during Dia de los muertos. Room was cleaned every day and little surprise gifts were often left in the room. These special little touches left a big impression. The neighborhood is amazing with plenty of great cafes and restaurants and beautiful street art. I highly recommend this hotel if you want to feel a bit more like a local in Oaxaca City.

Ricardo and his brother are the owners of this place. They are the most friendly and helpful ive experienced so far in mexico. The location is in an upcoming (yet a bit secluded) eighorhood in a street with a lot of nice coffee bars, restaurants and street art. The rooms al good value for money. I would recommend everybody to go here!!! Last point: its within walking distance from both the collectivo and luxury bus station Rooms: Clean and spacious rooms. Safety: Safe to walk during the night. Food & drinks: Lots of nice restaurants and bars in the street Noteworthy details: Nice rooftopterrace with views on the city and mountains.
